Taurus GX2 TORO 9mm 3.38" 13rd Stainless Slide Pistol

The GX2 was already a lot of pistol for the size, and the TORO version adds the one thing it was missing: a factory optic cut. Nothing else changed. Same 13rd magazine in a compact grip, same 3.38" barrel, same stainless steel chassis under a polymer frame. This is the two tone build, with a matte stainless slide sitting over a black frame, and it is the cleanest looking version of the gun Taurus makes.

Sights are a fixed white dot front and a serrated rear that drifts for windage, and the rear is blacked out so the eye goes to the front dot instead of chasing three of them. The trigger is a flat face unit with a hinged safety blade, and Taurus fits a manual safety as well, which not every carry gun in this class offers. Two backstraps come with the pistol so the grip can be sized to the hand rather than the other way around, and a Picatinny rail on the dust cover takes a compact light. The barrel is Taurus' Sharpshooter profile in stainless. What you end up with is a compact 9mm that carries 13rd, mounts a red dot without machining, and handles like a gun a size class above it.
