SureFire SF3P Three Prong Flash Hider 5.56mm 5/8-24

SureFire's three prong pattern kills better than 99 percent of muzzle flash, which is the difference between keeping your night vision and washing it out with your own signature. Three tines rather than four also sidesteps the tuning fork ring older prong hiders were known for. Each one is machined from heat treated stainless steel bar stock and DLC coated so heat and carbon do not erode the tines.

It is also a mount. The body is cut as an adapter for SureFire SOCOM Series Fast-Attach suppressors, so a can indexes and locks onto the same hardware with nothing else to buy. This version is bored for 5.56mm and threads onto 5/8-24 muzzles, so check your barrel threads before ordering.
