Michael Janich scaled his Yojimbo 2 design up more than 20 percent to create the YoJumbo, and the extra real estate matters. The 3.98" Wharncliffe blade is hollow ground from CPM SPY27, a cobalt enriched particle stainless made exclusively for Spyderco, so the straight edge keeps its cutting geometry deep into a work day.
Cobalt blue peel ply G10 scales cover skeletonized stainless liners, keeping weight to 5.3 oz despite the footprint. The Compression Lock lets you close the blade without putting fingers in the edge path, and the Trademark Round Hole opens it from either hand.
