Springfield Armory XD Mod.4 OSP 9mm 4" 10rd Gear Up Pistol

This is the XD Mod.4 OSP in its 10rd configuration, built for shooters working under magazine capacity limits. Nothing else about the pistol changes. There is still a 4" barrel, a slide milled for a micro red dot with mounting plates in the box, and the reshaped Mod.4 grip. Springfield carried over the XD family's grip safety and loaded chamber indicator, so the pistol tells you two things about its condition before you ever touch the trigger.

The frame is polymer with a steel slide, the action is striker fired, and the rail up front takes a weapon light. Serrations run front and rear on the slide for press checks and clearing malfunctions. It is sold as the Gear Up package configuration. A 10rd double stack 9mm is still a service size gun in the hand rather than a compact, and the full length grip means shooters with larger hands get a complete firing grip instead of a pinky hanging off the bottom of the frame.
