The Smith & Wesson M&P9 M2.0 Metal is the heavy duty evolution of the M&P line, swapping the polymer grip frame for a stainless steel chassis that shifts the balance forward and soaks up recoil for faster follow ups. This 10 round compliant configuration ships with two magazines, a manual thumb safety, and a 5 inch match grade stainless barrel aimed at competition shooters and duty use alike.
Factory M&P aggressive grip texture is preserved on the metal frame, and four interchangeable palmswell inserts tune the grip to the shooter's hand. The slide comes optic ready with the CORE system footprint plate set, so shooters can mount a mini red dot of their choice, and the slide wears enhanced serrations for positive manipulations. An extended ambidextrous slide stop, flat faced trigger with tactile reset, and M&P fire control refinements round out the package. The steel frame Metal series is the ultimate heavy duty M&P, combining durability, weight assisted recoil control, and accuracy for demanding range, competition, and duty use.
