Smith & Wesson M&P9 Shield Plus Carry Comp 9mm 4" 10rd Pistol

The Performance Center M&P9 Shield Plus Carry Comp takes the slim Shield Plus frame and adds a 4" barrel with a Carry Comp PowerPort that vents gas upward to cut felt recoil and muzzle rise. The gray Armornite stainless slide is optic ready, and a ClearSight cut directs gas away from the optic window so a red dot stays clear during strings of fire. This model has a manual thumb safety.

Two 10 round magazines and a Performance Center cleaning kit come in the box. The flat face trigger with PC tuned action gives a consistent press, and the 18 degree grip angle points like the rest of the M&P family. Sights are a front night sight with a blacked out rear. The polymer frame keeps the weight at 21.8 oz, light enough for all day carry, while the compensator gives you faster follow up shots than a standard Shield Plus. It works as an everyday carry gun for someone who wants a little more sight radius and a lot less flip, and it is quick enough for a carry optics match.
