About the Sig Sauer Buckmasters 3-12x44mm
The Sig Sauer Buckmasters 3-12x44mm is a riflescope built for deer hunters, part of the Buckmasters line inspired by Jackie Bushman. The custom Buckmasters BDC reticle has holdover dots out to 500 yards and sits in the second focal plane. The reticle is not illuminated.
It uses a 1 inch main tube that takes standard 1 inch rings, and the 44mm objective keeps the scope low over the bore. Lenses are fully multicoated, the body is aluminum, and capped turrets adjust in 0.25 MOA clicks with 60 MOA of elevation travel. The scope is IPX7 waterproof and weighs about 14.8 oz. It pairs with the Buckmasters rangefinder, which is sold separately and can tell you which holdover dot to use.
