Savage Axis 2 Pro 22-250 Rem 20" 4rd Forest SP Camo Rifle

The Savage Axis 2 Pro takes the budget friendly Axis and adds the features hunters usually pay extra for. This one is chambered in 22-250 Remington, a fast, flat shooting varmint and predator round, and it wears a synthetic stock in Savage's Forest SP Camo with an added textured coating. The action has a Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote finish to hold up in wet weather.

The user adjustable AccuTrigger lets you tune the pull to your liking, and thread in headspacing is a big part of why Savage barrels shoot so well out of the box. The 20 inch barrel is spiral fluted and threaded 1/2-28 for a suppressor or brake, and a one piece 0 MOA rail comes installed for easy scope mounting. The redesigned stock has ambidextrous palm swells and enhanced texturing, and the updated bolt handle is easier to run with gloves or in the rain. It feeds from a 4 round detachable box magazine, and one magazine is included. Two sling swivel studs and a recoil pad complete the package. Weight is about 6.8 lbs.
