About this product
The Savage 93 FV-SR puts the extra reach of 22 WMR in a short, suppressor ready bolt gun. Its 16.5" heavy carbon steel barrel is button rifled and threaded 1/2-28 at the muzzle. The user adjustable AccuTrigger lets you set a clean, crisp break without a gunsmith. An oversize bolt knob makes it easy to run the bolt quickly, even with gloves on.
It feeds from a 5 round detachable box magazine and has no iron sights; a one piece Picatinny rail is on top for your scope. The matte black synthetic stock is rugged and has swivel studs for a sling or bipod, and the metal wears a matte blued finish. At 35" long and 5.5 lbs it carries easily on a varmint hunt, and it is just as happy punching paper. Add a rimfire suppressor and it gets much quieter in the field. The detachable magazine makes unloading at the truck quick, and the receiver is carbon steel.
