About the Savage 93 Minimalist 22

The SAV 93 Minimalist 22WMR from Savage is a lightweight bolt-action rifle built for field work and small-game hunting, featuring an 18" heavy, button-rifled sporter barrel with a 1:16" twist and 1/2"-28 tpi threading for easy muzzle device or suppressor mounting, a matte black carbon-steel receiver and barrel, and a Boyd's Minimalist laminate stock in natural brown that keeps weight down to about 5.48 lbs while resisting weather and recoil. The Minimalist series is designed around carryability and accuracy, and this right-hand rifle pairs Savage's two-stage AccuTrigger with a 10-round detachable box magazine to give consistent, user-adjustable trigger pull and reliable follow-up shots in the field. Weaver-style bases are milled into the receiver for optics, the overall length is 37" with a 13.75" length of pull for comfortable mounting, and swivel studs allow a sling for extended hikes. The thread pattern, button-rifled bore and matte black blued metal finish make it suitable for varmint control, ranch work, and compact backpack hunting where a compact, full-size feel matters. FFL transfer is required for purchase.
