Ruger Vaquero 5109 .357 Mag and .38 Special 4.62 inch 6 round Stainless

The Ruger 5109 Vaquero brings traditional western lines to a modern shooters' platform, a medium-frame single-action revolver from Ruger's Vaquero series chambered for .357 Magnum and .38 Special with a 6-round cylinder and 4.62" high-gloss stainless barrel; the exposed hammer and hand-filling hardwood grip offer that familiar cowboy-action feel for range work, cowboy action shooting, mounted shooting or a stout sidearm for outdoorsmen. The cold hammer-forged barrel with 1:16" RH twist and eight grooves produces consistent rifling for long-term accuracy and easy cleaning, while the blade front and integral rear sight setup gives fast target acquisition at practical distances. Ruger's patented reverse indexing pawl and beveled cylinder streamline loading and unloading, and the transfer bar mechanism with loading gate interlock provides a high level of safety during carry and storage. Weighing 43 oz with an overall length of 10.25", the Vaquero 5109 balances recoil control and handling for follow-up shots, and the handsome crescent-style ejector rod head and high-gloss stainless finish make it a standout on the firing line or in a display.
