Ruger SP101 Engraved 357 Mag 2.25" 5rd Stainless Revolver

This SP101 is the small frame stainless 357 Mag revolver dressed up with engraving across the barrel, frame and cylinder. It has a 2.25 inch barrel and a five round cylinder, and as a 357 Mag it also fires 38 Special. The satin stainless steel resists sweat and weather, and the pinned black ramp front sight and integral rear sight keep the profile snag free for pocket or holster carry. The gun was offered as a TALO distributor exclusive.

The cushioned black rubber grip has engraved wood inserts and no exposed metal at the backstrap, which takes the sting out of full power magnum loads. The SP101 uses a triple locking cylinder that locks into the frame at the front, rear and bottom for solid alignment shot after shot, and a transfer bar mechanism guards against accidental discharge. Takedown of the subassemblies needs no special tools, and the grip frame accepts a wide range of custom grips. Overall length is 7 inches and weight is 26 oz, so it carries easily and still has enough steel to handle 357 Mag.
