Ruger Mark IV Target 22 Long Rifle 10 Inch Barrel 10 Rounds Blued Polymer Grips

The Ruger 40173 Mark IV Target is a precision-focused Mark IV series 22 LR target pistol that pairs a 10" blued cold hammer-forged bull barrel with a CNC-machined one-piece grip frame to deliver consistent accuracy and long-term durability, and its internal cylindrical bolt design holds permanent sight-to-barrel alignment for tighter groups than many moving-slide .22 designs; the simple one-button takedown makes field-stripping and chamber-to-muzzle cleaning fast and tool-free, while the drilled-and-tapped receiver accepts Weaver- or Picatinny-style optics and the adjustable rear with fixed front sight gives fast sighting for bench, rimfire competition, or deliberate range work. Built with an ambidextrous manual safety convertible to left-side only, contoured ejection port, easy-to-grasp bolt ears, ergonomic bolt stop, and a push-button magazine release for quick reloads, this single-action pistol features black checkered polymer grips on an aluminum frame, a blued alloy steel slide and barrel, 1.20" width, 46.3 oz weight, 14" overall length, 1:16" RH twist and six grooves—attributes that make the Mark IV Target ideal for target shooters, small-game hunters, and training sessions where reliability, sight retention, and repeatable shot placement matter; FFL transfer is required for purchase.
