Ruger Mark IV 22/45 22 LR 4.4" 10rd Threaded Pistol

The Ruger Mark IV 22/45 is the rimfire pistol a lot of us learned on, and this version comes ready for a suppressor. It has a 4.4 inch cold hammer forged bull barrel threaded 1/2-28 with a thread protector, a Picatinny rail on the receiver for an optic, and a 10 round magazine. Two magazines are included.

The big deal with the Mark IV is the one button takedown. Press the button at the back of the frame and the barrel and receiver tilt up and off the grip frame, no tools needed, so you can clean it from chamber to muzzle. The internal cylindrical bolt keeps the sights fixed to the barrel for better accuracy than a moving slide design, and the bolt ears are easy to grab. The 22/45 grip frame is polymer with the same grip angle as a 1911 and checkered 1911 style panels, so it makes a great trainer for 1911 shooters. An ambidextrous manual safety, drop free magazines and a fixed front with adjustable rear sight round it out. It is a target, training and small game pistol that is easy to shoot all day.
