Ruger LCRx 9mm 3" 5rd Hogue Tamer Revolver

The Ruger LCRx in 9mm pairs the lightweight LCR platform with an exposed hammer, so you can fire it double action for carry or thumb the hammer back for a lighter single action shot at the range. This model wears a 3" barrel and a five round cylinder, a length that gives a longer sight radius and a bit more velocity than the snub nose versions while still carrying easily on the belt. The frame is stainless steel in this caliber, and the fluted stainless cylinder carries a PVD finish for wear resistance. A Hogue Tamer Monogrip wraps the grip frame and soaks up a good share of the 9mm recoil.

Inside, Ruger's patented friction reducing cam gives the LCRx its smooth, non stacking trigger pull, and a polymer fire control housing holds the internals in alignment while trimming weight. At about 17.5 ounces it rides comfortably all day. Because it runs on common 9mm Luger, the LCRx lets you carry the same ammunition as your semi auto pistol. It is a sensible choice for concealed carry, a backup gun, or a trail revolver.
