The Ruger American Predator Generation II in 350 Legend is a hunting-focused bolt gun chambered for one of the most popular straight-wall cartridges going. The 350 Legend fills the role of a short-to-medium-range deer and hog round in states that restrict bottleneck centerfire rifles for hunting, and the Predator Gen II puts that round in a 22" spiral-fluted barrel with a factory-threaded muzzle. Burnt Bronze Cerakote covers the barreled action for a warm, subdued finish that holds up in the field.
Gen II upgrades over the original American line include a splatter-patterned composite stock with adjustable length of pull via spacer kit, M-LOK slots on the forend for bipods and sling mounts, a three-lug bolt with short 70-degree throw for fast follow-ups, and Ruger's Marksman Adjustable trigger user-tunable from roughly 3 to 5 pounds. The detachable AI-pattern magazine holds four rounds of 350 Legend, the receiver is drilled and tapped for Picatinny rails, and the factory-included one-piece Picatinny rail mounts directly.
