High rings at 1.25" for 30mm tubes, in FDE. Height buys clearance, and a large objective housing or a rifle with a tall rail is what usually forces the decision. A raised comb or an adjustable cheek piece makes the taller mount comfortable rather than awkward.

Getting the height right is worth the trouble. Set the scope in the rings loose, shoulder the rifle with your eyes closed, then open them and see where the sight picture lands.
