Patriot Ordnance Factory Rogue Prescott 6.5 CM 20" 10rd Brown Rifle

The POF Prescott took the Revolution DI 6.5 Creedmoor platform and set out to make it the lightest semi auto hunting rifle on the market, without relying on lightening cuts. It is built on the Rogue platform with a forged receiver set and a 20" Nitride treated steel barrel with a 1:8 twist, finished with POF's Micro B muzzle brake. The barrel is threaded. The rifle weighs 7 lbs and runs 41" overall.

Inside is a KeyLock direct impingement bolt carrier group. Controls include an ambidextrous selector and charging handle, and the Renegade rail sits on POF's oversized heat sink barrel nut. Furniture is a 6 position MFT Minimalist stock, and the trigger is a single stage. The receivers wear Patriot Brown Cerakote, a good look for the woods. It comes with one 10rd Magpul PMAG. For hunters who want fast follow up shots from a 6.5 Creedmoor without carrying a heavy semi auto, the Prescott makes a strong case.
