Rio Star Team EVO Target 32 Low Recoil 12 GA 2.75" #7.5 25rd

Rio built the Star Team EVO line for clay shooters, and the Target 32 Low Recoil load is the softer shooting member of the family. Each 2.75" 12 gauge shell is loaded with #7.5 shot and leaves the muzzle at about 1150 fps, a pace that keeps felt recoil down across a long round of trap, skeet or sporting clays.

The #7.5 shot size is a common all around clay target choice, dense enough for straightaway trap targets and still useful on crossing birds. A box holds 25rd. Low recoil loads can run short of the energy some gas semi autos need to cycle, so try a box in your gun first.
