Retay ACE-R 12 GA 28" 3rd Walnut Shotgun

Two details on the ACE-R do more for day to day ownership than any of the marketing lines. The first is the push button trigger group - press it and the whole assembly lifts out, no punches, no pins rolling under the bench. The second is the oversized safety button, which reverses from one side to the other so a left hand shooter is not reaching across the trigger guard every time the gun comes up.

The rest is a 12 gauge inertia gun with a 3.5" chamber and a 28" deep bore drilled barrel. The Inertia Plus rotating bolt runs on a rollover torsion spring, cycling off recoil with no gas system to clean, and the receiver is built without plastic parts. The forcing cone is lengthened at the factory, and six extended tubes cover the constriction, from cylinder to full with a waterfowl long range tube on top. Walnut furniture and a black receiver keep the look traditional. A fiber optic bead sits up front on the rib and the receiver is drilled and tapped. Pull comes to 14.5" and the shim kit tunes drop and cast, the AIRY pad blunts recoil from heavy loads, weight is 7 lbs 4 oz, and the tube holds three rounds.
