Remington Core-Lokt Tipped Lever 45-70 Government 300gr 20ct

Core-Lokt Tipped Lever is Remington's modern take on their legendary Core-Lokt hunting bullet, optimized for lever action rifles. The 300 grain .458 bullet features a flat base, polymer tip, and the classic tapered Core-Lokt jacket for controlled expansion on deer, hogs, and black bear at typical lever gun distances. The polymer tip is tube magazine safe, so the round feeds safely through Marlin 1895, Henry, and other 45-70 lever rifles.

45-70 Government is a classic American cartridge dating to the 1873 trapdoor Springfield, and it has found new life in modern lever rifles for brush country big game hunting. The 300 grain Core-Lokt Tipped load is a sweet spot for most hunting, giving enough bullet mass for deep penetration without the brutal recoil of 400 and 500 grain loads.

20 round box.
