Q builds rifles the way a startup builds products — from a clean sheet, with weight treated as the enemy. The Fix is the company's bolt action, and it rethinks most of the conventions: a 45 degree bolt throw that clears low mounted optics and runs faster than a traditional 90 degree lift, a skeletonized design that keeps the rifle absurdly light for a 6.5 Creedmoor, and feeding from common AICS pattern magazines, including the 10rd unit here. This is the California compliant configuration in gray, with a 16" barrel wearing Q's Bottle Rocket muzzle device.
A Picatinny rail on the receiver handles optics, and the M-LOK handguard takes bipods and accessories without adding bulk. The short barrel makes The Fix a natural suppressor host and keeps overall length manageable in a truck cab or a blind, while 6.5 Creedmoor holds plenty of reach for deer and distant steel alike. The polymer grip is a standard AR pattern, so swapping to your favorite takes one screw. Few bolt guns this light shoot this well, and fewer still look like anything else on the firing line.
