Proof Research 24in Sendero Barrel 6.5 PRC 1-7.5 Twist 5/8-24 Carbon Steel

The Proof Research 6.5 PRC Sendero barrel combines precision engineering with rugged performance for long-range hunting and precision rifle builds, delivering a 24-inch carbon steel barrel that weighs 3 pounds and features a 1-7.5 twist to stabilize high-performance 6.5 PRC loads. This Defender-leaning profile is finished to withstand field use while maintaining clean bore performance, and the 5/8-24 muzzle threading accommodates a wide range of compensators and suppressors. Designed for accuracy, the Sendero contour provides a balance of stiffness and weight, helping shooters maintain consistent point of impact across conditions and elevations, making it ideal for mountainous elk hunts, open-country varmints, or precision rifle matches where repeatable accuracy matters. The barrel's 24-inch length optimizes velocity retention with 6.5 PRC ammunition, enabling flatter trajectories and effective engagement distances, while its carbon steel construction ensures durability in harsh environments. This Proof Research barrel is an integral upgrade for any rifle platform seeking top-tier accuracy, clean chambering, and reliable performance from a trusted name in precision components.
