Carrying a 300 Win Mag up a mountain usually means carrying a heavy rifle. The M48 Mountain Carbon changes that math. Nosler built it to weigh about 6 pounds without trading away the accuracy it is known for, using a Model 48 action, a carbon wrapped, cut rifled match grade barrel in a 24 inch Sendero Light contour, and a carbon fiber Mountain Hunter stock with aramid reinforcement in Shale Gray.
