About this product
The Midwest Industries AK Alpha Series Railed Top Cover gives an AK a stable Picatinny top rail for optics. It works only with MI AK Alpha Series handguards (MI-AK-ALPHA6, MI-AK-ALPHA10.0), not other MI generations or other brands. An adjustable locking block fits it to most AK receivers, and it uses a Midwest Industries recoil spring button made for this top cover.
Two aluminum and two steel stability struts lock it up tight for return to zero, and it keeps the factory rear sight usable for a lower 1/3 co-witness. Hard anodized aluminum, 9.7 oz. No permanent changes to the rifle.
