Midwest Industries AK Alpha Mini Dot Mount T2 for AK47 AK74 Picatinny Compatibility

The MIDWEST AK ALPHA MINI DOT MOUNT T2 by Midwest Industries is an innovative solution designed for enthusiasts looking to enhance their AK47 or AK74 firearms with a reliable red dot sight. This mount allows for seamless attachment to picatinny or T2 footprint optics, ensuring a secure fit on both stamped and milled receivers. Its extremely rigid design incorporates steel locking blocks that minimize side-to-side play, providing a stable shooting platform. Additionally, the mount features a built-in iron sight that enables a lower 1/3 cowitness, allowing for the use of backup sights alongside most red dots, which is essential for maintaining accuracy in various shooting scenarios. Importantly, the installation process does not require any permanent modifications to your firearm, meaning the factory rear sight can be easily reinstalled if desired. The mount is crafted from hard coat anodized 6061 aluminum, ensuring durability while remaining lightweight, with the 1913 variant weighing just 2.2 ounces and the T2 variant at 1.8 ounces. Designed with practicality in mind, it allows for full field stripping of standard AKM pattern rifles, making maintenance straightforward. Minor fitting may be required during installation, and while tools are not included, the necessary equipment is minimal, ensuring that you can quickly and effectively enhance your shooting experience. Made in the USA, this patent-pending design exemplifies Midwest Industries' commitment to quality and innovation in firearm accessories.
