Magpul MOE SL Mid-Length Handguard AR-Platform OD Green Polymer

The Magpul MAG551-ODG MOE SL Mid-Length Handguard is expertly crafted in the USA, designed specifically for AR15/M4 firearms featuring a mid-length gas system and A2 front sight. This handguard offers exceptional modular flexibility with its integrated M-LOK accessory slots, allowing for easy attachment of various tactical accessories such as Picatinny rail sections, lights, slings, and grips, all while maintaining a lightweight and sleek profile. Constructed from reinforced, heat-resistant polymer, it ensures operational durability without the added weight and cost associated with aluminum alternatives, featuring an integral riveted aluminum heat shield for enhanced protection. The thoughtfully designed large front extension and lower lip not only safeguard the user from the hot front sight assembly but also maximize the usable length of the handguard, making it an ideal choice for those seeking both functionality and comfort. Installation is straightforward, utilizing the existing delta ring and round front handguard retaining cap, making it a direct replacement for most factory plastic, two-piece mid-length handguards. However, it is important to note that this handguard is specifically designed for use with the A2 front sight assembly, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Whether you are enhancing your rifle for competitive shooting, tactical applications, or recreational use, the Magpul MOE SL Mid-Length Handguard stands out as a reliable and versatile upgrade for your AR-platform firearm.
