Magnum Research Desert Eagle L6 357 Mag 6" 9rd Two-Tone Pistol

In 357 Mag the Desert Eagle is at its softest shooting, and the Mark XIX L6 makes it lighter as well. This model has a 6" barrel and a 9 round magazine, a hard coat anodized black aluminum frame, and a stainless steel slide and barrel with an integral muzzle brake.

Underneath it is the same gas operated, rotating bolt design as every Desert Eagle, which keeps recoil from a 357 Mag down to a firm push. Between the alloy frame, weight reducing cuts and the brake, the L6 handles noticeably quicker than the all steel guns. The single action trigger, fixed combat sights and Hogue finger groove rubber grips are all standard, as are ambidextrous safeties. A Picatinny style optics rail sits on top of the barrel for single slot mounts, and the frame carries a Picatinny accessory rail for a light or laser. Magazines interchange with the steel framed 357 models. With nine rounds of a cartridge that is easy to find, this is the Desert Eagle to buy if you want to spend a lot of time at the range with it, and it has the power for deer sized game at handgun distances.
