LWRC's REPR MKII — Rapid Engagement Precision Rifle — is what happens when a piston gun company builds a precision rig. This one is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with a 20" spiral fluted barrel, and the whole rifle wears a Flat Dark Earth finish. The feature shooters notice first is the side mounted charging handle. It lets you cycle the action with your firing hand anchored and your eye on the glass, so follow up shots and press checks happen without leaving position. Behind it, a short stroke gas piston keeps fouling out of the receiver and runs cleaner than direct impingement, with an adjustable gas block to tune the rifle for a suppressor.
The upper receiver and rail are machined as one rigid unit, giving the free float barrel a consistent platform for accuracy. Controls are fully ambidextrous, from the bolt catch to the safety selector. In 6.5 Creedmoor, the REPR MKII covers the space between a battle rifle and a bolt gun: flat shooting at distance, quick on target up close, and built to take abuse that would sideline a lighter precision rifle.
