The Fighter 4-16x50 covers a lot of ground for one scope. Sixteen power on the top end is enough to sort out a prairie dog town, four power keeps the field of view usable closer in, and the illuminated ballistic reticle switches between red and green so it reads against a dark treeline or a bright field without washing out.

An adjustable objective takes parallax out of the picture at whatever distance you are shooting, which matters more as magnification climbs. Turrets move in quarter MOA clicks with 70 MOA of total travel, enough range to zero on a canted base and still have room to dial. Mounting rings are included, so the scope goes on a rail without a second purchase. It weighs about 24 ounces and measures 14.7 inches, which suits a heavy barrel bolt gun or an AR pattern rifle better than a light mountain rifle.
