Kaw Valley Precision Thread Adapter M14x1 LH to 5/8x24

AK barrels come threaded M14x1 left hand, which rules out the entire shelf of American muzzle devices. This adapter converts that thread to 5/8x24 so brakes, flash hiders, and direct thread cans built for 30 caliber rifles will mount to an AK.

One thing to know before ordering: the adapter indexes off the muzzle face rather than the AK muzzle device retention pin, so the detent plunger is not doing any work once it is installed. Kaw Valley rates it for projectiles up to 9mm in diameter. Machined steel with a black finish, and it installs with a wrench in about a minute.
