Heckler & Koch VP9A1 L 9mm 5" 15rd Pistol

HK built the VP9A1 L for shooters who want the long slide advantage without moving to a race gun. The 5" barrel adds a little velocity over the standard VP9 and puts more mass out front, which settles the muzzle after each shot. Everything the A1 revision changed sits where your hands are: a smoother trigger running a nickel Teflon coated bar, ambidextrous controls that work without shifting your grip, and a flared magwell that funnels magazines home.

The VP9 family now covers four sizes, from the compact K through the crossover X and the full size F to this long slide L. All of them use the same modular grip approach, with interchangeable side panels and backstraps so a shooter with small hands and a shooter with large hands can both get a proper hold on the same gun. This model comes with two 15 round magazines, night sights and a slide milled for a red dot.
