Griffin Armament MK2 Patrol 223 Wylde 14.5" 30rd FDE Rifle

The Griffin Armament MK2 Patrol is a 14.5" AR-15 built around Griffin's fully ambidextrous MK2 lower receiver. Every control is mirrored side to side, so left and right handed shooters run the rifle exactly the same way. The receivers wear an FDE anodized finish. The stainless steel barrel is chambered in 223 Wylde, which handles both 5.56 NATO and 223 Remington, and a pinned and welded Griffin muzzle device that doubles as a suppressor mount brings the barrel to legal rifle length.

A tuned mid length gas system and a suppressor optimized buffer system keep the rifle soft shooting and reliable with a suppressor or without one. Griffin says it ran one of these barrels past 47,000 suppressed rounds while testing suppressors. The furniture is Griffin's own: an M-LOK handguard, the A3 grip, a Contour Connect QD end plate, the Maritime receiver extension and the Extreme Condition Stock. It comes with one USGI 30 round magazine, and the rifle weighs 6.13 lbs. As a duty carbine, a home defense rifle or a dedicated host for a suppressor, the MK2 Patrol is built to be run hard and kept running.
