Great Lakes Firearms AR-15 300 BLK 16" 30rd Tungsten Rifle

Great Lakes Firearms builds this AR-15 around a 16 inch nitride barrel chambered in 300 BLK, the cartridge that gives an AR the punch of a 30 caliber bullet from a short action length. Nitride treatment runs inside the bore and across the outside of the barrel, so fouling wipes off easily and the steel resists rust in wet weather. A 15 inch M-LOK handguard covers almost the entire barrel, which leaves plenty of room for a light, a bipod or a hand stop and keeps your support hand well forward for better control.

The lower receiver is machined from billet aluminum instead of forged, and the sharper lines come from that process. Upper and lower both wear Tungsten Cerakote, a light gray that reads very different from the standard black carbine and holds up to solvents and holster wear. Everything else is standard AR-15, so triggers, stocks, grips and charging handles you already own drop right in. One 30 round magazine comes in the box. Run subsonic 220 grain loads behind a suppressor and the rifle gets remarkably quiet, or load 110 to 125 grain supersonic ammunition and it becomes a serious hog and whitetail rifle inside 200 yards.
