Glock V-Series 19 9mm 4" 15rd FDE Ported Pistol

This is a Model 19 sized V series gun with two changes you notice the first time you shoot it. The slide and barrel are ported, which vents gas upward at the muzzle and takes some of the flip out of the recoil impulse. The slide is also milled for an RMR pattern optic, so a dot mounts straight to the slide without an adapter plate stacking height on top of it.

The whole gun wears FDE Cerakote, frame and slide together, which is a departure from the standard black and makes it easy to pick out on a crowded range table. Underneath the colour it is a V series Glock, carrying the Gen5 features shooters asked for: an ambidextrous slide stop, a flared magwell, and a grip with the finger grooves gone. The internal redesign is what makes the V series its own generation rather than a finish option. Three 15 round magazines come with the pistol, chambering is 9mm Luger, and the barrel measures 4". Worth knowing before you start buying parts for it: V series components do not interchange with older Glock models, so spare barrels, slides and internals all have to be V series.
