GLFA AR-15 223 Wylde 16" 30rd Battleworn Teal Rifle

GLFA builds this AR-15 around a 223 Wylde chamber, so it runs both 223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. The 16" heavy barrel is stainless steel, threaded 1/2-28, and wears a muzzle brake right out of the box. Battleworn Teal covers the receivers and handguard, which gives you something other than the usual black rifle on the rack. Upper and lower are aluminum, and the whole gun comes in at 6.8 lbs.

Up top is a 15.25" aluminum handguard with a full length Picatinny rail, with plenty of room for an optic, a light and a bipod. No sights are included, so you pick your own setup. Controls are simple: a mil spec polymer grip, a mil spec trigger, and a standard safety rather than an ambidextrous one. M4 feed ramps help rounds into the chamber, and a carbine gas system runs the action. One 30 round magazine comes with the rifle. It is a straightforward semi auto for the range, for home defense, or as a base to build on, and the color does the talking.
