Faxon Firearms FX7 6.5 Creedmoor 24" M24 Barreled Action

The Faxon FX7 barreled action is the core of a precision bolt gun, ready for your trigger and stock. It pairs the FX7 short action and bolt with a 24 inch 6.5 Creedmoor barrel that comes installed and headspaced. The action is stainless with a DLC finish, has an integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail and an integrated recoil lug, and runs a six lug bolt with a 70 degree throw for quick cycling and room under low mounted optics.

The barrel is a heavy M24 contour in 416R stainless, button rifled and threaded 5/8-24 at the muzzle with a recessed target crown. The FX7 uses the Remington 700 short action footprint, so it accepts Rem 700 pattern triggers and drops into Rem 700 short action stocks and chassis, and it works with AICS and AW pattern magazines. No trigger, stock or magazine is included. The barreled action weighs about 8 lbs.
