Cimarron Frontier 45 Colt 7.5" 6rd Old Silver Revolver

This Cimarron Frontier pairs the classic 1873 peacemaker layout with an old silver frame, a finish that gives the gun the look of a revolver that has seen some years rather than a fresh blued one. The barrel and cylinder wear Cimarron's standard blue, and the one piece checkered walnut grip carries laser engraved detail. It is chambered in 45 Colt with a 7.5" barrel and a six round cylinder on a Pre-War frame.

The 7.5" barrel is the original Cavalry length. It gives the longest sight radius of the three classic single action barrel lengths, which helps on aimed shots, and the extra weight out front settles the muzzle when firing 45 Colt. Fixed sights keep the top strap clean in the traditional style. The Pre-War frame has the cylinder pin screw on the side of the frame, the post 1896 arrangement. It fills the role of a range gun, a Cowboy Action revolver for shooters who like a long barrel, or a display piece that looks different from the usual case hardened finish.
