Fierce Firearms CT Mini Rogue 2.0 22 Creedmoor 20" Forest Camo Rifle

Fierce built the CT Mini Rogue 2.0 for people who carry a rifle a great deal further than they shoot it. The CT in the name is the titanium action, and taking that much steel out of the middle of a rifle changes how it feels on a long climb far more than shaving ounces off a barrel ever will. The barrel runs 20 inches here, short enough to move through timber and long enough to let the cartridge do its work, and the stock is carbon fiber in Fierce's Forest camo pattern.

That cartridge is 22 Creedmoor, and it is the reason this configuration makes sense. Necked down from 6mm Creedmoor, it throws long .224 bullets fast with recoil so mild that a rifle this light stays pleasant to shoot off a bipod or across a pack. Coyote hunters found it first and it has since turned up on steel ranges and in prairie dog towns. Titanium also does not rust the way steel does, which counts for something on a gun that gets rained on and then thrown in a truck. Put together, it is a compact bolt gun that will not talk you out of taking it with you.
