Fierce Firearms CT Mini Rogue 2.0 22 Creedmoor 16" Rifle

Fierce Firearms builds rifles for hunters who have gotten tired of choosing between a light gun and an accurate one. The CT Mini Rogue 2.0 is the compact member of the Rogue family, a bolt action built short and set up to be carried rather than parked on a bench. This one wears a 16 inch barrel, which is about as handy as a centerfire hunting rifle gets. In brush, in a blind, or slung across a pack frame, the shorter tube stops catching on everything it passes.

The chambering is 22 Creedmoor, a cartridge that necks the Creedmoor case down to 22 caliber and pushes long, heavy match bullets much faster than a 223 ever will. Recoil is negligible, so a shooter can watch the impact through the scope and correct without moving, and a short barrel gives up less than most people expect with modern powders.
