Federal Raptor Series 12 Gauge Steel Shot 2 Shot 3/8 oz 25 Rounds

The Federal RRS1382 12 Gauge 3" 3/8oz 2-shot load is the collaboration you want when dialing in Raptor Series chokes for waterfowl hunting; developed with Rob Roberts and his team, these rounds pair heavy steel payloads with optimized 1400 fps velocity to drive 168 pellets of #2 steel (7.8 g/cc) into tight, lethal shot strings through the advanced Raptor choke geometry. If you run Raptor Series chokes on your 12-gauge, this cartridge is built around the choke's high-efficiency patterning—giving you denser centers and extended effective range for ducks and geese where pellet count and placement matter most. The clean-burning propellant and reliable primers mean consistent cycles and predictable point of impact, so you can trust follow-up shots and make ethical hits on the water. For hunters who want heavy payload performance without sacrificing pattern quality, the Rob Roberts Raptor Series load offers the shot density and velocity balance that hunting guides, range safety officers, and seasoned waterfowlers look for when choosing steel shot for marsh, blind, or field setups.
