The Faxon Firearms 338 ARC Complete Upper Receiver for AR-15 delivers a ready-to-build solution with a 12.5-inch pistol-length barrel in a matte black finish, designed to pair seamlessly with standard AR platforms for versatile performance. This complete upper integrates a purpose-built 338 ARC chambering, combining optimized desktop cordmanship with reliable immediate handling for field applications, varmints, and deer management where legal. The matte black finish provides durable wear resistance and a low-glare profile, while the compact 12.5-inch length offers balanced maneuverability for tight spaces and close-quarters engagements without sacrificing accuracy at practical ranges. Built as a true upper receiver assembly, it consolidates the key components—barrel, SBR-friendly gas system, and compatible muzzle device—into a single, drop-in-ready unit that supports straightforward installation on a compliant lower. Whether upgrading an existing AR-15 platform for extended ballistics, exploring the AR-338 in competition, or crafting a dedicated 338 ARC setup for hunting, this complete upper from Faxon Firearms delivers consistent performance, reputable reliability, and the confidence of a purpose-built solution that leverages premium engineering and manufacturing standards.
