EOTech 512 68 MOA Ring Dot Holographic Sight AA Battery

The 512 is EOTech's most popular holographic weapon sight, and the reason is simple: it runs on AA batteries you can buy anywhere. Two AAs fit in the housing, lithium, alkaline or rechargeable. Lithium cells give about 1,000 hours at setting 12, alkalines about 600. The reticle is the 68 MOA ring with a 1 MOA dot.

The 512 is longer than the CR123 models at 5.6", and brightness is set with buttons at the rear of the sight, 20 settings in all. It mounts to a 1" Weaver or MIL-STD-1913 rail and weighs 11.1 oz. There are no night vision settings on this model. It is water resistant to 10 feet and has an aluminum housing.
