Daniel Defense MK18 RIS II 5.56 NATO 10.3" Upper Receiver FDE

This is the Daniel Defense MK18 upper receiver group, built around the same 10.3" barrel length the MK18 uses for close quarters work. The 5.56 NATO barrel is cold hammer forged and chrome lined with a 1:7 twist and a government profile, fed by a carbine length direct impingement gas system with a pinned low profile gas block. A Daniel Defense flash suppressor caps the muzzle.

The FDE RIS II MK18 rail bolts to the upper with the Bolt-Up System and gives you Picatinny real estate on all four sides. It comes complete with an M16 profile bolt carrier group and the ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP charging handle; sights are sold separately. On a rifle lower, a 10.3" barrel makes the build a short barrel rifle regulated under the NFA, so check your registration and local law before assembly.
