About this product
Daniel Defense designed the RIS II for SOCOM's SOPMOD II program, and the M4A1 version gives you 12.25" of free float Picatinny rail. The top rail is uninterrupted, and the two piece build lets you free float an M203 with no special tools or extra parts.
It rides on a hardened steel barrel nut with Grade 8 mil-spec fasteners and is meant to run with the MK12 low profile gas block. Aluminum construction, FDE finish, 17.7 oz.
