CZ 457 Varmint MTR 2 .22 Long Rifle 24 in Barrel 5 Round Anodized Receiver Aluminum Stock Threaded

The CZ-USA 02329 CZ 457 Varmint MTR 2 is a bolt-action rimfire from the CZ 457 series that pairs precision .22 LR performance with a long, 24" steel threaded 1/2"-28 barrel and a black anodized receiver and aluminum stock for stable, ergonomic shooting in the field or on the range. With a 5+1 capacity, an adjustable trigger and an integral 11mm dovetail two-position safety, this rifle gives hunters and target shooters the control needed for tight groups at extended rimfire distances, while the threaded muzzle makes it suppressor-ready for reduced report during predator or varmint work. The Varmint MTR 2 chassis layout and rigid stock finish group minimize bedding movement and improve tracking for follow-up shots, and the bolt-action reliability of the CZ 457 family makes it a trusted choice for precision rimfire training, small-game hunting, and competition rimfire matches. Because this is a firearm, transfers require an FFL, and the combination of features—adjustable trigger, threaded steel barrel, black anodized components, and two-position safety—offers a focused package for shooters who demand accuracy, durability, and aftermarket accessory compatibility in a .22 Long Rifle platform.
