Combat Armory AR-15 Billet Stripped Lower Receiver

This is a stripped billet lower, machined out of a solid block of aluminum instead of forged and cleaned up afterward. Combat Armory holds it to mil spec dimensions, so a standard lower parts kit, buffer tube, stock, and any mil spec upper go on without fitting work. The trigger guard is machined into the receiver as part of the billet cut, which takes away the roll pin and the gap that a separate guard leaves behind when you shoot with gloves on.

The magwell is flared to guide magazines in faster under pressure, and the billet process leaves flat, squared surfaces and harder lines than a forged receiver carries. Everything past that is your call: fire control group, grip, stock, and whatever upper you want to hang on it. Builders who do not want a rifle that looks like every other AR on the rack tend to start with a billet lower for exactly that reason, and the black finish gives a neutral base for whatever furniture and coating comes later. It arrives stripped, so plan on a parts kit to finish the build.
