Two headlamps, both good enough to be the one you reach for. Each FLX10R puts out 1000 lumens and runs eight settings: flood in low, medium and high, a spot beam, a combined flood and spot, a turbo mode, plus red and green beams for keeping your eyes adjusted in the dark.

Power is the smart part. Each light comes with a USB-C rechargeable battery, and if it dies somewhere without an outlet you drop in three AAA cells and keep going. The housings are sealed to IP67 against rain, mud and dust, the adjustable head strap works on a bare forehead or over a hat brim, and a power lockout stops them from burning down inside a pack. Around 3.46 oz each, so neither one is a chore to wear.
