Cimarron Buffalo Bill Cody 357 Mag 5.5" 6rd Nickel Revolver

Cimarron's Buffalo Bill Cody revolver honors the scout and showman who carried the Wild West to audiences around the world. It is a frontier style sixgun with nickel on the frame and barrel, wood grips and a pre war frame.

The 5.5" barrel and 6 round cylinder are chambered for 357 Magnum, so it also fires 38 Special, the softer load most cowboy action shooters run in matches. Sights are fixed and the hammer is a standard style. Weight is about 41 oz. The bright nickel shows off the classic frontier lines, and the 357 chambering gives a choice between mild 38 Special practice loads and full power magnums for the range. Wood grips keep the look traditional against the bright metal, and the pre war frame gives it the profile of the early frontier revolvers it is patterned after. It suits collectors of Western tribute guns and shooters who want a nickel frontier revolver that can share ammunition with a 357 lever gun.
