The Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT in 6.5 PRC is built around a 416R stainless steel barrel wrapped in aerograde carbon fiber, threaded 5/8x24 with a removable stainless steel side-baffle muzzle brake. The barrel is button rifled, hand lapped, and free floated in a match chamber for consistent downrange precision. A Christensen Arms FFT carbon fiber Sporter stock carries the rifle, with carbon fiber bedding pillars, spot bedding, and a recoil pad keeping recoil manageable in a package that stays true to the Ridgeline FFT's lightweight purpose.
The precision-machined receiver is paired with a TriggerTech trigger and cut for standard Remington 700 optics bases. An enlarged aluminum bolt knob, spiral fluted bolt, improved bolt release, and enlarged ejection port make cycling fast and positive in the field. The internal magazine uses an aluminum hinged floor plate with a 3-round magnum capacity, and the action is compatible with aftermarket AICS detachable magazine conversion kits. The Barren Dune finish gives the rifle a warm desert tone that breaks up well in open country.
